Tournaments
- During a tournament, you can print a summary of the draw. It is delivered in a PDF format and provides a handy summary of the state of the draw with match results and a view of the remaining matches for the grade. From any of the grade views, you will find a "Print Draw" button in the actions box.
- The tournament public page can display the court schedule and/or the draw summaries. This can be configured in the Tournament Edit page. On a tournament by tournament basis you can select whether you want the live court schedule and/or the draw summaries to be displayed on the public page carousel. Note that only 8 & 16 draw monrads currently supported for the live draw summaries but other formats will be supported soon.
- We have introduced a couple of new tournament formats:
- 9 Draw Format
- 3 boxes of 3. The finishing position determines which box you are in for the next round. So, 2 matches each in the first box, then 2 matches each in the second round to determine 1st, 2nd and 3rd; 4th, 5th and 6th; 7th, 8th and 9th. - Each player has 4 matches
- 12 Draw Format
- 4 boxes of 3. The finishing position determines your draw position for the final two matches - each player has 4 matches. Alternatively, each player could have 3 matches each with just the finalists playing their 4th match.
Fixtures
- When sending an availability email, you now have the option to customise the email content. The standard email template has a section for further information which will be populated with the rich text content that you enter when selected the Custom Email option when sending an availability email.
Leagues
- The list of leagues are now displayed in date order with the current league displayed first.
The next set of updates (which will all be tournament based improvements) will be ready very soon and a blog entry detailing the changes will be posted.
